Yamaha Motif XS
December 24, 2009Serge No Comments »The Yamaha Motif XS can be synced to midiclock.
Here’s a quick guide how to set this up :
On the screen shown below, edit parameter (5) :Midi Sync.
You can set this to Auto or MIDI to synchronize with midiclock :
Setting MIDI : the XS will always sync to the external midi clock
Setting Auto : the XS will sync to the external midi clock when it is received.
When no midi clock is received any more, the XS will switch to the last received tempo.
This will also be the value of the internal clock.
